CCPA / CPRA Compliance
Last updated: November 2026
Overview
OmniColor complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This page explains your rights as a California resident and how to exercise them.
For general privacy information, see our Privacy Policy.
Do We Sell Personal Information?
No. OmniColor does not sell your personal information.
Under the CCPA, "selling" means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. OmniColor does not:
- Sell personal information for money
- Share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without consent
- Trade personal information for other valuable consideration
We do serve advertisements from third-party networks. However, we have configured the site so that:
- Personalized advertising is disabled by default
- Advertising cookies only load with explicit opt-in consent
- We do not pass personal information to ad networks
- Ad networks may set their own cookies (over which we have no control) only after consent
Do We Share Personal Information?
We "share" personal information only in the limited circumstances permitted by the CPRA:
- Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting), for the purpose of hosting the site. Contractually bound to use data only for our benefit.
- Advertising networks: Only if you have opted in to advertising cookies. Even then, we do not pass personal information to them — they set their own cookies based on your visit to our site.
We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent.

You have the right to request what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and how we use and share it.
Right to Delete (CCPA §1798.105)
You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you. Most locally-stored data can be deleted by clearing your browser's site data for omnicolor.pages.dev.
Right to Correct (CPRA §1798.106)
You have the right to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing (CCPA §1798.120)
You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. As stated above, we do not sell personal information. To opt out of advertising sharing, decline advertising cookies in the cookie banner.

We do not collect sensitive personal information. This right does not apply.

You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your CCPA rights. We do not:
- Deny you access to tools
- Charge different prices
- Provide different levels of service
- Suggest you will receive a different price or quality
All OmniColor tools are free and identical for all users, regardless of privacy choices.
Right to Data Portability (CPRA)

How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact us:
Email: privacy@omnicolor.pages.dev
In your request, please:
- State which right you are exercising
- Provide sufficient information for us to verify your identity (typically, this means being able to identify what data you are referring to)
- Provide contact information for our response
We respond within 45 days as required by CCPA. If we need an extension (up to 90 days total for complex requests), we will notify you within the initial 45-day window.
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require:
- Written permission signed by you authorizing the agent
- Verification of your identity directly with us
Verification Process
Because we collect minimal personal information, identity verification is usually trivial:
- If you have a saved email with us (from contacting us), we may verify via that email
- If you have no account with us (the standard case), we may not have any data to verify or provide — we will confirm this
- For deletion requests on locally-stored data, we will explain how to clear it yourself
Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control
OmniColor honors both:
- Do Not Track (DNT): If your browser sends the DNT signal, we do not enable analytics or personalized advertising.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser sends the GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing under CCPA.
GPC is legally recognized as an opt-out mechanism under CCPA. We respond to it as if you had submitted a formal opt-out request.
Financial Incentives
We do not offer any financial incentives for providing personal information or for exercising privacy rights. All tools are free.
