Response Times

We aim to reply to every message within 2–3 business days. Bug reports about active tools are prioritized. Partnership and advertising inquiries may take longer as we review fit and policy compliance.

Before You Send

Many questions are answered in our documentation:

  • How a tool works: Every tool page has a detailed explanation, examples and FAQs below the tool.
  • Privacy questions: Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy cover the details.
  • Commercial use: All colors and palettes you generate are yours to use freely, including in commercial projects. Colors themselves are not copyrightable.
  • Accessibility: Our contrast tools follow WCAG 2.2. For legal compliance, use our tools as a starting point and validate with a full accessibility audit.

Report a Security Issue

If you have discovered a security vulnerability, please email security@omnicolor.pages.dev rather than the general contact. We take security reports seriously and aim to acknowledge them within 48 hours.
