Data Request

Exercise your rights under GDPR, CCPA or other privacy laws. Request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data OmniColor holds about you.

Before you submit: OmniColor collects almost no personal data. We have no user accounts and do not store personal information on our servers. Most of what you may think we have is actually stored only in your own browser (localStorage). If you want to delete locally stored data, clear your browser's site data for omnicolor.pages.dev.

We use this only to respond to your request. It is not stored elsewhere or used for marketing.

This form uses mailto handoff. If your email client does not open, please email privacy@omnicolor.pages.dev directly with the same information.

What to Expect

  1. Acknowledgment: We confirm receipt within 3 business days.
  2. Verification: For access or deletion requests, we may ask you to verify your identity (typically by confirming control of your email address).
  3. Processing: We respond within 30 days for GDPR requests, 45 days for CCPA requests. Complex requests may be extended with notification.
  4. Response: We provide the requested data (if any) or confirmation of deletion, in the format you requested.

If You Have No Data With Us

This is the most common case. If you have never emailed us, we likely have no personal data about you at all — only transient server logs (IP + user-agent) that expire after 30 days. To verify:

  • Search your email for any message you have sent to OmniColor
  • Check your browser's site data for omnicolor.pages.dev (Developer Tools → Application → Storage)
  • If neither shows anything, we have no personal data about you
