Editorial Team
The people who write, review and verify everything on OmniColor.
How OmniColor Content Is Created
OmniColor content — the tool descriptions, guides, articles and FAQs — is created by a small, focused editorial team with experience in design, development and technical writing. We do not use content farms, we do not fabricate author bios, and we do not publish AI-generated content as if it were human-written.
Every piece of content is:
- Written by a team member with relevant expertise
- Verified for technical accuracy by a second reviewer
- Tested against the actual tool behavior before publication
Editorial Roles
Content Authors
Content is written by members of our editorial team who have hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- UI/UX and graphic design
- Frontend web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Color theory and color science
- Web accessibility (WCAG 2.2)
- Technical writing and documentation
Rather than publishing personal biographies that could not be independently verified, we describe our collective expertise and editorial approach. We believe honest disclosure is more valuable than fabricated credentials.
Technical Reviewers
Every page that makes a factual or technical claim (color math, WCAG thresholds, browser support, CSS syntax) is reviewed by a second team member before publication. Technical reviewers verify:
- That formulas are correct per the W3C specification
- That examples produce the stated output when tested
- That tool descriptions match actual tool behavior
- That browser support claims are current
Accessibility Reviewer
All pages are tested for accessibility before publication using:
- Keyboard navigation (no mouse)
- Screen reader (NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS)
- Contrast checking with our own tool
- Zoom testing at 200% and 400%
Editorial Team Values
Our team operates by these values:
- Accuracy over speed: We would rather publish a page late than publish an error.
- Usefulness over SEO: We write to help, not to rank.
- Clarity over cleverness: We prefer plain language to impressive language.
- Honesty over image: We disclose limitations, cite sources, and correct mistakes.
- Independence: Advertisers do not influence our content.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not fabricate author names, photos, or credentials.
- We do not publish testimonials we cannot verify.
- We do not invent ratings, statistics or reviews.
- We do not use AI to generate hundreds of near-identical pages for SEO.
- We do not accept payment for editorial coverage.
- We do not run content written entirely by AI and published without human verification.
Content Ownership
All content on OmniColor is the original work of our editorial team. Where we use outside sources (W3C specifications, color systems, framework palettes), we attribute them clearly. We do not copy content from other websites.
See our Copyright Policy for what is protected and what you may freely use.
